The mission of The Good Soil Collective is to harness the power of nature and narrative to help people grow into who they were created to be.
The Good Soil Workshop is a 90-minute guided, hands-on experience designed to help participants reconnect with nature and themselves by engaging with plants and through personal reflection. Each workshop combines plant care, storytelling, guided reflection, and facilitated discussion to create an experience that is both grounding and engaging.
Participants will:
• Select a plant propagation to pot and take home
• Participate in a guided soil meditation designed to encourage mindfulness
• Engage with reflective prompts and storytelling activities
• Practice simple, meaningful acts of care through hands-on plant activities
• Participate in facilitated conversation and connection
• Receive a workbook with reflection prompts and nature-based activities
I look forward to growing with you!
