The Good Soil Workshop

A Good Soil Workshop is a 90-minute guided, hands-on experience in which participants engage with plants as a way of exploring care, connection, and personal growth. Together, we slow down, reflect, and tend to something living, creating space for both individual insight and shared experience.

Each participant leaves with a plant of their own along with a workbook full of simple practices to continue the work beyond the workshop. Don’t worry—you don’t need to be a plant expert or enthusiast in order to enjoy or benefit from the workshop!
